Beautiful arms! I love it! ❤👍😀 Actually it's harder to move slowly, I really need to concentrate then.

You are so right! Going slowly is sooo much more challenging! You can practice with your own favorite music-any genre-find a piece of music where the musician or singer holds a note for a long time and move at the same slow pace. 😉

So good! And yes, Wow, can I feel the toning happening! I like the 15-minute practices and break down of the movements. Practice really works! I can do the movements but uncoordinated in the beginning keeping the movements going. However the daily practicing has really helped! So fun. Thank you Jensuya!

Whoa! The spiral layering! Was constantly finding my knees slowly trying to straighten. 😂And then there was the starting to put weight on the other foot (in pose Aiwa). Lots of adjustment. Really enjoyed. I was laughing toward the end, it was so fun. It would take decades for me to be decent at belly dance, but it is enjoyable at every stage. You are amazing, Jensuya!

Yay! 5 lessons done ✓ 😁 I am 53. Have lumbar fusion 3-5 and wow! I can do this! I'm a total Tom boy farm girl. Never been graceful, except on horseback. These lessons make me feel happy, beautiful, sexy! Not graceful yet, but I'll get there, I hope! Thank you very much!!!
