My son was facing 5 years in prison as a first time offender, an incident where he used a weapon (knife) to defend his sister at a bus stop. After the 1st arraignment, as I was leaving the courthouse and they took my son into custody, the holy spirit told me to fast. Heavy hearted and broken, I went on to praise team practice like I did every Thursday. It was confirmed to me to fast through a sister when I got there. The holy spirit told me to fast until my sons next court date and I did. It ended up being 9 days, no food only water! At my sons court hearing he was released, adjudication was withheld, 30hrs community service and anger management counseling and that was it. The state attorney was pissed BUT GOD! No matter the situation, fasting breaks the strongest strongholds in your life. The spiritual experiences I had during the fast were so powerful. I read the bible, listened to inspirational gospel music. It got so intimate with God. Fasting is the key to get closer and get breakthroughs.

Im on the keto diet. I fast for 22 out of 24 hours per day. I am watching this video to ask God for help me continue to practice self control so I can inspire others people. I have lost 65 pounds in 6 months and my thyroid medication dosage has been cut in half. I'm no longer borderline diabetic, my cholesterol is finally normal and I feel great. I want to make sure I praise God in Jesus's name while fasting and pray for others who in a life or death situation with health problems that they may find the strength to turn away from unhealthy, unholy food and drink.

Oh Glory be to God. This video just came the right time in my life, am on my seven days prayer and fasting. And this video has really enlighten me, I know from today hence forth,my spiritual life will not be the same again. I pray God to give me strength to complete my fast well.

I hope you are still following Christ. If someone reading this with this prroblem: Bring sins into the open, God helps them who humble themselves. Have all who hurt you, wronged you, ddeceived you, spoke wrongly about you, stole from you, forgiven. Repent from everything you set before Jesus. Lay your whole body on the altar and allow Godd to search you. Hear the voice of God. Wait on Him. Call on the name of the Lord and you Will be delivered. Jesus and our heavenly Father loves you❤️

The first time I did this fast was January 2019. I felt such a closeness to God that I didn't want it to end on day 21. But as usual over time I went back to my old habits. I love Jesus and this time I'm fasting for Him to show me my assignment. Before Jesus began His earthly ministry He fasted and prayed and so will I. I know God has work for me to do so I will set aside time to hear form Him.

I wasn't fasting yesterday but didn't have the chance to eat until work break which is 1:00pm. and throughout the morning, i felt weak, dizzy and hungry. That's one thing that makes me believe God is super close to us.

Amen...don't underestimate power of prayer and fasting. In Tanzania🇹🇿 our president announced national prayer to ask God to get rid of COVID 19 in our country...it was 3day prayer and last day our president Magufuli went to church with offering to thank God for healing our country from the virus. A week later new cases started to drop and patients at the facilities decreased as well. Life has currently resumed almost 100%. I believe God healed our country. Glory to God
