I definitely have cool undertones (Summer) but while my hair roots are pure ash, in the sun, my hair used to go beige blonde as a child, and goes a chestnut (brownish red) as an adult (still with very ashy roots). I’ve never found a good palette to match. I tend to use Soft Summer but with more contrast. Browns mixed with dark greys look best as my neutrals. Bronze and steel jewellery. It’s all a little individual, and I like how your system seems to allow for individual tweaking! I’ll have to try it

Cool undertones light grey blue eyes but warm hair. I stick to muted soft colours that suit me. I can pick cool muted from autum but nothing too strong in yellows. Soft summer colours are nice and I can pick a few colours from spring. It's great to be different.

Thank you very much for your video. I would like to ask a question for the best neutrals for redhairs level 1. I have very fair skin, blue grey eyes and red hair and i need bright colours but those are not appropriate for the office. In my country bright colours are for the party or a cerimony o a date but non for the everyday life

If you are leaning cool in the warm color palette, then navy would be a perfect neutral for you.
