i dont know korean, but i hope it is more clear than the english translation. as far as i understand, leftover is basically “what is grief if not love persevering” + “im a crumpled up piece of paper lying here, coz i remember it all too well” iykyk

The way i see Wonwoo's song is that when the person he loved passed on, they live behind memories that go into the trash can. And all these are like wounds to Wonwoo because they are just memories and the person themselves are gone. So everything hurts, but at the same time he is thankful for the 'wounds' that have been inflicted onto him because they remind him of that person
