God what a legend. The amount of times I’ve seen Alex’s face on TV is unreal. Everyone knows him as the Jeopardy guy, so it won’t be the same without him. This news destroyed my family and I. I’m happy to know he isn’t suffering anymore ❤️ Rest easy legend

What a loss😔 There will never be another like Alex Trebek😔. I watched the episode he was in for The Golden Girls the night before he died. I wondered how he was doing and prayed he could beat cancer. Sadly the next day I heard he passed😢 They don’t make men like him anymore. He will never be forgotten and truly missed. RIP Alex🙏🏼❤️😢🇨🇦

He truly will be missed! True FACT: My father actually had a chance to be on his game for Jeopardy years ago when I was just a little kid I hardly remember it but that’s one of the memories that I remember most. Go easy my friend you were a great man! 🙏🏼💋

I'm not really into game shows, but i liked Jeopardy even though I never really sought out to watch it. For me, It's the kind of show where if my grandma put it on, I'd watch it with her or I'd watch it on the rare occasion it was playing when I turned my TV on. I can't believe it's been almost 2 years since he announced that he had cancer. I was very saddened to hear that he passed away. He truly seemed like a great guy. He was a family man. He really loved his wife, they might have been 24 years apart in age but he believed they were soulmates, and I wouldn't doubt it..they loved each other very much. He could have just retired and stayed at home with his wife and kids but he didn't, he loved working so he continued to do so till the last week of his life. Not only did he continue working for himself, but he continued working for _Us._ As I said, I didn't really watch Jeopardy all that much but I really did like Alex, and I'm gonna miss him..I'm glad Jeopardy is on Netflix because I'm definitely going to binge watch it. _“and I will say my goodbyes and I will tell people, ‘Don’t ask me who’s going to replace me because I have no say whatsoever. But I’m sure that if you give them the same love and attention and respect that you have shown me, then they will be a success and the show will continue being a success. And until we meet again, God bless you and goodbye.’”_ Rest in peace Alex. We'll all miss you. And i hope we all listen to him, and at least try to give the next host a chance. And In time show them the same amount of love, attention and respect. We don't know who it is yet but they can never truly replace Alex nor will they ever compare to him. But I know they'll do great.
