I enjoy the fact that you don't skimp out on the MSG in our food! A lot of "Lao/Thai" chefs always leave the MSG out. The MSG is what makes a lot of our dishes authentic. Another great video! Keep them coming 😁🌶🍚

In Laos, theres no cherry tomatoes. So this isn’t authentic. Hipsters always fucking up the traditional dish. Btw, u forgot to add sugar and dash of lime. It helps cut through the harsh salty flavor. I like to see you make jeow bong next.
