My wife has restless legs and she found out it was due to an iron deficiency, and has started on iron pills to help it , not sure it’s the same but possibly something to lookin to may help 3-)

Talking about mental health and normalizing being not ok and discussing those feelings is so important! Thank you Jeph for being so raw and open and thank you Austin and Billy for politely bringing up the topic and letting Jeph run with it. There is so much untreated mental health in our world today and hearing people overcoming such hardships really keeps me going!

Props jeph I was the exact same and I love that you don't do the milestones thing because that's how I did it and I think I'm on 3 to 4 years now I'm not sure but I don't keep track on purpose because it's less to help me not think about it more so congrats that's really awesome.

I feel this, for me it's a span of PTSD moments that will never go away, other than that I think it's dealing with the root cause of the problem. Stopping the booze definitely a good shout 🙌🏼 some people including me just aren't cut out for the modern world. I hate it, it's too fast paced, so many people living a fake life, putting on a persona instead of just being real

I hope these 6 drugs he is on is temporary with tapers and proper trauma therapy. I’ve suffered ill mental health for most of my life and I would like to see fellows get to the their true clean self. It’s sad to see people on a script of 6 pills believing it’s helping them, when it’s basically just a bandaid for a wound which will open up again with out them. Wound need to breath to heal mental and physical. ✌🏼
