Excellent video! I've also been searching for a great project organizer. So far, Notion is it. I've started with a combination of Kanbanflow and Word documents, to Asana, and now Notion. I'm also a software developer and am in the process of creating my own project organizer application. Thanks for the awesome video. Take care.

Question, how do you create the categories "Favorites" and "Private in lighter gray in your menu as categories? If I create extra pages there it's just another toggle below the previous ones.

"Web clips go to a database" ... ? Not sure that's correct. I wish it were. But material sent from Web Clipper is inserted as a Page, is it not? I wish it were possible to add it to an existing Database but, for me, Databases, do not appear for destination selection.

It adds it as a line in a database... for instance, my work uses Jira and I use the web clipper to put Jira's assigned to me into my Master Task List, which is a database

@@DarrenShetler Okay - looks like, where the target "page" is database, a Web Clipper entry is added as a database entry... but, where it is a *page*, it is still inserted as a sub-page. Now I see the division in the Web Clipper "Add To" dropdown... "Databases" and "Pages".

I guess I meant the title and url. I don't really care so much that the content is saved to a page. That is nice for being able to search for something that was in that article later, but I usually end up going back to the webpage. So it clipping the pages content into a Notion page is just an added benefit. I could have clarified that better in my video.

Unfortunately you cannot. What you can do is set up template buttons to start new tasks that have items filled out already. It's not a perfect process. Hopefully recurring will come soon but I have been waiting for over a year now.

I am currently an annual Bear Notes subscriber, do you know if it is possible to migrate all my Notes to Notion? I have over 800 notes on Bear

And there's the problem of a proprietary system. Can't get stuff out. What if I move to Notion and one day I want to move 800 notes someplace else. Can't do it.
