As a blazer fan I think your wrong about Jerami grant defense. As the blazers have improved on defense he has shown a defensive resurgence this year. You are right about his shooting numbers being down but I suspect those will level out by the end of the season. However there is no way he is a negative asset though. Way off base with that take.
@wilsoncoleman8337Күн бұрын
Great, then you can have him rot in your favourite team. His contract is too expensive in a contending teams where teams will need to let go multiple role players, and Jerami is too old for tanking team that wants young players. Your favourite team can have that contract and it will hinder rebuild and just stay mediocre and subpar and get nothing out of it till Jerami's contract ends. The Bulls knows better with Zach Lavine.

Teams are delutional about the true market value of their players and as a result a lot of them will not make trades. Here's a non extensive list of all the guys teams want to trade this offseason: Jeremi Grant, Ayton, Anf Simmons, Rob Williams, John Collins, Collins Sexton, Jordan Clarkson, Kuzma, Malcolm Brogdon, Marvin Bagley, Bruce Brown, Kelly Olynyk, Brandon Ingram, CJ McCollum, Ben Simmons, Cam Johnson, Cam Thomas, Bojan Bogdanovic, DFS, Dennis Schroeder, Zach Lavine, Vucevic, Lonzo Ball, Patrick Williams, Trae Young, Clint Capela, De'Andre Hunger. And these are just the tanking/bad team. You can't get multiple firsts for average players when the market is full of guys that teams are trying to get traded this year.

Isn't it better to have a PF "a Power Forward, Not a Shooting Guard" to average 19-22, shot 55%-60% from the field & 10-12 rebounds a game instead of him hitting 40% from a 3 point line.
