This chapter states out clearly God's desire for good governance! He warns the governors/presidents/kings over and over to delivery justice and righteousness. Not to shed innocent blood and not to deal covetously (like Ahab) robbing people's properties and wealth. He also warns though who plunders others and thing they will dwell peacefuly in the Land. God speaks out His judgement against Judah's rulers of the time, and speaks to the Earth to note this presiding king as Childless (This must have been due to the evils and injustices he was commiting)
