Jeremiah doesn't romantically love Bruce. He wants someone to hold onto and Bruce showed him kindness so he wants to hold onto Bruce. He wants to mean something to someone so he pushes that onto Bruce. That's why he uses the terms "Brother" & "bestfriend".

I don’t know what to feel. Honestly if J & J are like this is all Lila’s fault, cause if she wasn’t a crappy mother they wouldn’t be ended to hate each other and not be a sociopath and a psychopath.
