Sciatica: Important information here. Recent body shape changes can cause sciatica. This includes: building new muscle by doing new workouts and exercises. New muscles in new places can press on nerves. It may take a couple months but if you are doing a proper balance of exercises and not isolating only a few muscle groups then the sciatica will go away. Compound movement exercises help most. Oh yeah eating too much and growing a gut will also cause sciatica for the same exact reason: the growth presses on the nerve.
