They got it to 20,000 after the odometer rolled over. Had a 850GLT, stick, loved it. Timing belt went at 267,000 and yes I did replace it at 80,000 intervals. My last one, an s60 did 247,000 miles. No issues till the transmission went after a flush. Replaced it with what was supposed to be a rebuilt transmission. The shop that put it in closed and was sued 3 weeks after I got it installed. It broke again, at 70mph on the turnpike here. Almost died. A criminal transmission shop cost me a beautiful car.

Clarkson should do commentaries on his old videos like these with his updated thoughts now. The 355 is better looking than the E-Type? Maybe when it was new it was striking, but now it looks like a mid-90s Ferrari. Good looking car, but the Jag held up better, aesthetically.
@NeurodivergentSuperiority11 ай бұрын
I belive the F355 vs E-Type thing is a matter of taste, it depends on your taste of cars The E-Type's design is infinitely more unique though, the F355 is heavily remeniscent of cars like the SW20 MR-2 or the Fiero GT

I can't wait the moment when soundtrack to entire video (or even Clarkson's home video series) will be out on YT or even Spotify. From my personal perspective, I am unable to find soundtrack from this movie even by searching with "Brian Hodgson and Peter Lincoln" phrase. 3.
