24:13 it’s that way in the US. It’s wasn’t when I saw 16, but it the law now. There’s a few exceptions, but in general you can’t if you have more than one passenger if they aren’t family or an school event.

@@ClearviewDriving I'm pretty surprised too although that's 'cause hogging the overtaking lane is pretty common where I live. The normal driving lane is usually occupied by passenger tricycles that are slow and unpredictable-stopping and going without any warning.

Staying in the overtaking lane means you have reduced the road to 1 lane. It's like on a 3 lane motorway staying in lane 3 you have made the other 2 lanes pointless.
