Hello, at 11:41 , Answer to question 3: there are indeed 1.3 billion usable addresses, not 4.2 billion DUE TO INEFFICIENCIES IN ALLOCATION , is it right ??? so 4.2 billion addresses is only in theory, that is 2 in 32 degree. but in really life only 1.3 billion. It is written in answer, is it correct ??? THANK YOU P.S. IF it is correct, all students will be confused!!! ME and I'm sure all students are told there are 4.2 billion addresses available and it isn't sufficient already, but comes out that there were only 1.3 billion REALLY available, that changes everything, 1.3 billion is 3 times and more less than 4.2 billion. and why we have a lack of addresses in IPv4 now is clear....
