I have seen all your videos, thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge I got a question for you, I am from panama and starting to rope and my question is what is the reason to start making the loop lasso bigger each time you swing, why not start off from the scoring box with a large loop/lazzo?

Your horse is literally stuck with his head down. How would you like to be treated like that? Very poor and unconscious move on your part. A real horseman gets his horses respect with much much less than this. Your tie down gear is old fashioned and outdated. Look up Ray Hunt, Buck Brannaman, Patrick King, get inspired to do more with your horse without that awful bind you're putting him in. He is in a constant state of pressure, he needs to be released. That tie down shows that you're impatient and don't know any better. I would step up my game if I were you and ditch the tie down tack because it's garbage for your horse.
