Is it just me or does this stream have an abnormally high amount of ads? (one after almost every level) Sometimes even two separate ad triggers in a row (eg shows me an ad at the end of a level, then a fraction of a second after skipping it shows me another ad, like they're two separate sections instead of one immediately after the other)

Jerma is the ultimate playtester. Developers should send their games to him to find out what parts are even mildly ambiguous or confusing. For instance, he got confused on how to properly line the keys up in the puzzle with the keys, so they should’ve put little hooks there to hang them on so he knew what spots they could be placed in.

Just in case people wonder: 'retro' is something new that is made to look old, while 'vintage' is something that's at least 20 years old. The next step after vintage is 'antique', which is something that's at least 100 years old. The first electric blender would be considered antique (1922). It's first version was used for milkshakes.

@@mightiermarvel You don’t need to play the game to know how to solve the puzzles if you’ve seen the puzzles.

But he had it, then started to undo the solution for no reason lmao. Yet he somehow did the calendar with no problem, I don't get it lol

3:07:20 -3:11:20 is the most cinematic thing germa has ever done. The music, the pacing, the silence; its perfect.

game design student here! some of the puzzles in this game are great, but some of them do a shit job of leading the player toward the solution and don't follow the expectations the game has already set, which can be super frustrating as a player if there's not an indication of *how* the rules need to be broken to solve the puzzle. that's why the squiggly line designs are so frustrating to jerma-- the game shows you that you need to connect them, and then decides that they're just visual flair, and back again.

i was thinking this as well! and like i know nothing abt game design but the way that some levels had a “ding!” when you put something in the correct spot and other levels didn’t? which i get it’s probably because they have multiple solutions for some of them i think,,,, but it’s still a very bizarre decision imo

I took issue with the first puzzle where you had to get rid of objects by tossing them off screen. Would've taken me forever to figure out, since that was a good few puzzles into the game. I assumed it was purely about arranging all the objects it gives you.

2:43:55 this part genuinely baffled me. The shears are clearly hanging unbalanced and covering other nails that need to be used and the clip is giving him a hint on where they should actually be placed, but when they get knocked down he insists on putting them back in the obviously wrong spot

this game should use the clip of jerma sorting the books as an advertisement. Nothing has made me wanna buy a game more just to prove its not that hard.

On the +2 charts, Jerma averages about 2-3k per stream, 4-5k on a good day. This stream got a score of -40, with most of the -2s coming from 1:03 - 1:17. Career ending stream.
