I absolutely love Jerry his knowledge of body building and nutrition is incredible but the fact he was friends with Arnold and Franco and trained at Golds gym in the 70s is truly magic, he’s such an upbeat happy guy too and makes me laugh, especially the part about fat circulating in the body and going right back into the cells haha so funny, could see the interviewer wiping the laughter tears off his eyes 😅😅😅 lovely stuff guys

The interview should do 2 things. 1. Don’t sit in front of a window as the light creates a fog/haze reducing the clarity 2. Prepare the questions in advance. Instead of urm and arrr 5 times trying to articulate the question, which are all very good questions when they finally asked and I’ve woken up, simply read the question from your notes. You know what you what to ask so formulate in advance. Otherwise superb video and the guest is super knowledgable.

A couple of years ago in the late 80s early 90s. LOL definitely seems not that long ago ha. If you eat a lot of red meat (Stan Efferding says the same thing) you may not need to supplement with Creatine. I do just in case but you don’t really need to load it if you are patient and take it long enough instead. I choose more of the tasteless creatine monohydrate. Much better than things like cell tech with a lot of sugar and additives.

I did notice *some* effect, as in "okey but not great", from tongkat, implying I guess, that my testlevels were in the lower range of what's considered normal priorly
@quantumfx2677
@quantumfx2677 Жыл бұрын
Tongkat seems to slow down after about two weeks, test levels can change throughout the week you would have to see if it seems low constantly or from time to time. If you are on the low end but still in a good range then optimizing diet with foods that boost test and take tongkat on and off especially on high active days you should be good to go. Also any stress can also lower test if it's constant and over training.

Idk if this is here or there but when I take creatine, I have to dial back the volume of my lifts. It gives me that "I can keep going and going" feeling but if I do that long enough, I begin to regress....unless, like I said, I lower the overall volume. Has anyone else experienced this?? Maybe there's a synergy type of effect from the creatine and my preworkout??

I guess im wondering how im 48 years old started on trt 200mg cypinate every week for the last 9 months and my levels are in the 600-700 ng per dl range for 7 months, keep in mind when they first did my blood work and dicovered my testosterone was low at 236 ng per dl thats when my doctor put me on trt. After taking both tongkat ali and fadogia recentely had my blood work taken it was 1236ng per dl and my doctor was wondering what was going on that my testosterone levels were so high and that was over the course of 2 months of taking both suppliments as directed on the bottle along with my trt?

To be fair nobody should blindly follow anybody. Nobody should have “A Guy”. Testing and results and cross referencing with pair reviewed evidence is what should be done. Listening to someone on the internet no matter how legit they sound it is still sound judgment to review and check their hypotheses.
