Jerry Ghionis, you are a Spectacular Photographer. You look at what is and you harness your mind and lighting skills to step up your photos to be Rembrandt-like.

Thank you once again Mr Ghionis to remind us that the magic can happen "in camera" and that creativity is the most important thing.

The video at the end is stunning. If that didn't sell more than a few bodies, nothing will. Of course, the entire presentation here is pure gold. Thank you Jerry (and Nikon & B&H).

You, Sir, are the best at what you do. Not only as a photographer, but also as an educator. I am not afraid to say that studying your work, techniques, etc., should be mandatory in every photography school. From my humble perspective, your place is secure in the Jedi Council. Grateful I am for your teachings, Master Ghionis.

My favourite part of your wedding pic vids is that they often show _three_ versions of the same photo: 1. Competent: the journeyman pix: meat-and-potatoes, eat-your-vegetables; 2. Expert: the "basic" photo with at least two improvements; 3. Master: an inspired improvement over the Expert that only an obsessive would attempt, and only a skilled pro would pull off. These vids are a terrific resource. And they're free! Thank you.

Thank you so much for all this information. One thing I have an issue with, is that with my Sony A7 III there's no option for the multiple exposure. Or at least I haven't found a way to do it in camera.

i dont know how i went from learning great photography techniques from youtube videos to proving i can do it to being told by everyone in professional photography that im not qualified to do anything and they wont let me do it.. the professional photography community is so dumb.. if youre good at phtography no one will give you a chnce if you dont have years of experience photographing the thing they photograph. its not like if you understand photography you can do anything. they treat it like if you havent photographed that thing before then you could never do it without years of practice.. for example, in order to get hired to photograph weddings you need years of experience and the minimum requirement ive ever seen is you have to have photographed at least one wedding.. but no one will let you photograph a wedding unless youve photographed a wedding.. so youll never photograph a wedding because youve never photographed a wedding.. getting into it is basically impossible.. same for every other photography job.. they dont care if you know how to do it.. they just tell you that you cant..

It's not difficult to get in make your own contract shoot a wedding in exchange for model release form and advertising. It's just that no one talks about it.
