This is what I don’t understand. He witnessed his team get blown out at home in the playoffs. He knew the defense couldn’t stop the run and he did NOTHING in the offseason. Then Pollard walks and you bring back Zeke and don’t even call Derrick Henry????? Yea Jerry doesn’t care about winning. As long as the Cowboys are the most valuable team in the world he could care less about winning.

People let’s stop being lazy about Jerry not signing Derrick. The truth is if Derrick was in Dallas they would be saying he’s done and washed up. Why because he would not look like the Derrick Henry you see in Baltimore. Dallas has 4 really good back including Zeke. They’re all not being used properly. They’re putting Cee Dee in the backfield. The offense is horrible, the play caller is the worst. Zeke is always at his best when you throw the ball to him in the open field. Now he’s being used as a 3rd down back always up the middle for 3 to 4 yards. They’re not using their backs correctly in Dallas. If Derrick was in Dallas playing on this horrible team he would look exactly like Zeke. If you put Zeke in Baltimore and sharing the backfield with Derrick they would be the best duo in the league and a shoe in for the Super Bowl. Stop repeating the lazy talking points of ESPN.

Paying Dak instead of letting him play out this season is going to be the nail in Jerry's coffin, literally. It's not all on Dak, given the fact that they're now a one dimensional offense with only 1 great WR, but I think it's pretty clear now that they just need to blow this team up and restart, and now they can't because Dak's under contract for 60M+.

Saying Justin Fields does not have time and then picking out those 3 plays is called cherry picking to make a narrative. He averages 2.4 seconds before pressure per pass attempt this year, which ranks 4th. More time that Lamar, Burrow, Maholmes, and Dak. He has time. And he has open guys. He just processes slowly. He is on pace for 14 passing TDs this year.
