I'm a Ravens fan but I agree with Hasselbeck's opinion. Daniels started right away and he looks like a 5 year veteran. Lamar developed his passing game over time. Daniels is very impressive for a rookie. BUt Lamar is Lamar. In my opinion, the best quarterback in football.

Every single person on that station and in the football commentary space like PFF said the Ravens getting 6.5 was disrespectful to Washington. Well the Ravens covered. Lamar was essentially perfect in the passing game, while still having more rushing yards than Daniels. Despite Scary Terry going god mode and making multiple miracle catches. The Ravens are a dropped pass (that led to the INT) and a dropped easy Daniels interception from an absolute beatdown of the Commanders. But none of that will be discussed, and Daniels will get more credit for being competitive than Lamar will get for winning and playing better. This is after many spent the week saying Daniels is already a better passer than Lamar.

Ben and Dan turned Goff into a complete QB. For McVay, he was just an accurate automaton. For Ben and Dan, he changes the play, the alignment, and the protection to maximize the outcome of each down. In the Lions offense, Goff has as much control as Brees had in the Saints/Payton offense. Coincidentally, the last and only other QB to have a 150+ passer rating in consecutive weeks is Brees.

Matt Stafford alerted Shiela Ford and Rod Wood on Jan. 2 he wanted a trade, at the same time Brad Holmes, still with LA, NOT the Lions was aware that teams were calling the Rams about trading for Goff. This had nothing to do with Stafford. Holmes, now knowing Rams were taking Goff calls, and willing to talk, got the job with the Lions, who knew Stafford wanted out. Brad Holmes than contacted Les Snead, mentioned it to McVay who then okay'd it. The actual story. Brad Holmes, rooked the Rams by getting the guy HE DRAFTED, Jared Goff and 6 picks in exchange for Stafford who wanted out of the team he was now running. This is actual FACTS.
