Sign them or trade them, matters not. I’ve been a Cowboy fan longer than the modern NFL has existed. No team with the Cowboy’s talent and resources has been this much of a failure for so long. Jerry is is own worst enemy. Coaches since Jimmy have all been “yes” men to Jones. That said, owner and coaches don’t suit up, players ultimately hold the responsibility to perform like professionals. They don’t. And stop saying Micah is so good. If it ain’t a QB, he can’t tackle it. If you want to rate him as a pass rusher only, then he needs to get sacks in the big games, against our toughest opponents. He doesn’t, he pads his stats against the Washington’s and Giants, and other weak opponents. San Fran shuts him down, as do all the other top teams.

I love how people talk about why the cowboys should spend spend spend! Yet they never mention how the Titans, Broncos, Chargers paid/traded for top tier players and welp… you all know the story! There’s this stigma going around in the NFL these days. People think spend spend spend equates to win win win. But yet the chiefs had the bulk of their cap on Mahomes and Jones. Under no circumstance are Jerry Jones and Bill Belichick ever going to agree to anything long enough to last more than 4 games. Jerry will never allow Bill to run the team how he wants. Jerry's ego and tight pockets are too much of a limit for Bill to agree to work with. Belichick has consistently glowed about the way Jerry would let him run things. Look back at the things Bill has glowed about before. Never materialized outside of his original New England backyard and that is in spite of Kraft's limitations. Bill and Jerry are oil and fire. If they agree, it will not last past the pecking order over who is the actual GM. Jerry and Nick Saban has a better pipe dream chance than Bill

People are overreacting. What’s going to happen if Detroit comes out and ends up a pretty unremarkable team? I wouldn’t be shocked to see them regress to 8 wins. Tickets will go from 300 a seat to like 120 by mid season. If they’re out of contention, tickets will end up 50-100 bucks. Right now tho. Everybody wants to celebrate 2023 one more time. They want to boo Stafford. It’s a prime time game in week 1. Prices will balance out. Trust me on this. They’ll start losing again at some point.
