As a "former" (have a degree, don't use it) Audio Engineer, my 2 cents is that it probably took 30-40 hours of work for that song depending on the program used and time taken to find all the clips and edit them plus the instrumentals, and taking into account the skill of whoever made it. It would probably take someone like me a bit longer just due to rust. You could probably do it over a weekend if you literally do nothing else.
