Been a while since i have seen a Jerry Unboxing so its time!
i was crazy enough to open this yes. This cost me 500$ on ArtofPlay.com it was a huge investment but playing cards are meant to be used and loved for what they are. Especially Jerry's.

can anyone please tell me the story behind the chicken nuggets deck and why is it so special and expensive.

Jerry's Nugget* they were printed in 1970 so its a piece of history and are very hard to find these days, so it makes sense for the price to be high.

They feel special to me after 2+ years of handling cards but you might not be able to feel the difference, the main appeal is that its almost 50 years old making it antique in the card collecting market and it was the best handling deck of that time getting lots of magicians and early cardists to use them making them even more rare and wanted.

+Daniel Yantsis im pretty sure its a linen finish with regular USPCC stock. it's just that this deck is over 40 years old that makes it feel very special and different since the techniques used back then was very different.

I'm sorry, they might be great for flourishes and all, but they simply cannot be 250x as great as a regular pack of standard Bicycle cards. If I happened to have any of them as they became insanely expensive, I would sell them in a heartbeat...

Thats not the point, they are over 40 years old so of course there are better handling decks. They are antique and a piece of playing card history, so just owning one is very special.
