"There's never been a worse artist than Jackson Pollick" LMAO. The lesson my friends is, if he can make it then so can you.

The shit Saltz says on twitter to actual artists is horribly funny. It'd be like me walking into a garage and telling them how to use their pneumatic fittings

He knows the struggles of being a self debasing failed artist. Critics are there to critique. Realising he wasn’t an artist and ultimately giving it up for good because he recognised what is good art and bad art is ultimately what makes him a successful critic... as an artist you don’t have to listen to critics and probably shouldn’t but his voice is still relevant.

What is a "Successful" artist? Because it sells? Because arrogant critics "like" it? What is Success? What isn't?
