I actually started out listening to the Podcast online and then realized this was going to be a video, I shut off the podcast and went right to KZbin and watched it from the beginning. Outstanding show guys. I am a BMW enthusiast and 22 year CCA member, as well as a former e12 owner. Phenomenal car Zuckerman got. That made my day.

This the next “Top Gear.” Not as in the next show to try to be Top Gear, but rather the modernization of what Top Gear was. With the TG/TGT Trio hanging it up, this could be the thing that consoles us all. Interested to see what Jerryless episodes will feel like, but this is SCR reborn - I’ve been listening since the beginning, and this show is as good as what it felt like finding SCR the first time around.

In 1974 my girlfriend and I owned two Fiat 128 coupes. We lived on the ocean in Florida and my sister's boyfriend who owned a74 Chevy Vega would meet on a regular basis and would compare notes on whose car rusted the most since we last met. Unfortunately for him the Vega outpaced the 128 in that dept. But his ran better and left him on the side of the road far fewer times than the 128 did to me. We needed two 128's to just to keep one on the road.

Get Jack an iphone gimbal - it will clean up those shots. Have him pan around the car more and show him some good angles to hold at. Or just have him study Instagram or talk to johnny or Matt about taking good shots. Maybe watch a replay of some high end auctions as they push cars through and present them. That’s wild, I had an almost identical 1979 BMW 528i euro in the same Reseda Green color combo. Unfortunately it had serious rust issues on all of the strut towers and I parted with it. I would have spent the money to fix if I had it today.

Thats a Fiat 124 Special T - only the ”T” had the great Lampredi twincam that was also in Fiat 125 and 124 Sport. Like those cars; probably also 5-speed & rear disc brakes.. The standard 124 Special actually had a pushrod four.

Listening from Alicante Spain 🇪🇸 BTW, just to let you guys know that there’s a plethora of fine, original Fiat 124 here in Spain but not only…you can find exceptional examples of BMW‘s, Mercedes, and Porsche’s from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s in great original conditions due to the 320 days/year of sunshine ☀️ you should look into it.
