Nani brings a kind of innocence to the role whereas Shahid is straight up serious and kinda in a Kabir Singh zone at times. TBH, I don’t really mind watching remakes!! In fact, in my opinion few remakes are better than the original!! But guys, classics are classics!! Few movies are never meant to be remade and are ought to be left the way they are!! And ‘Jersey’ is one such classic movie, which was never supposed to be remade in the first place!! The remake of the movie itself disappointed many!! Nothing against Shahid Kapoor!! He is a great actor and one of my favourites in Bollywood!! And I must say, he did this role in Jersey PERFECTLY but he is NOT PERFECT for the role!! If you understand what I meant, you’ll understand what I meant!! Shahid Kapoor is a perfect actor but this movie and this role is meant for ‘The Nani’!! In fact, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration if I say, ‘Nani was born and became an actor only to play Arjun in Jersey’!! If you find it overdramatic, I can’t help it!! But facts are facts!! P.S: Not going to watch this reaction!! Not that it would make any difference for your channel but just letting you know 🙏

Both were directed by the same. The original hindi dubbed version of nani jersey on youtube is edited and scenes were cut and attached some where as per their wish and the hindi dubbed dialogues were bad. Even nani complained about this in an interview.
