Fort Lee, West New York, Hoboken, etc. It depends on what you're looking for (condo, single family house) and your budget.

Me and my family are planning on relocating to Bayonne, NJ next year. NYC has become too dangerous … we find that Bayonne is pretty affordable for 3 bedrooms compared to NYC. Also the apartments are bigger and the area does not have that much violence. It’ll be me my mother and brother. Do you have any advice for us? I’d appreciate any advice you’d give us, god bless 🙏🏾 #JerseyCity2023 we will be there

Bayonne has a better value in terms of apartments when compared to other neighboring cities. I think that trend will continue into 2023. What's your max budget for a three bedroom?
@barsnationent2 жыл бұрын
@@livinginnorthnewjersey Thank you so much for your reply, Yes I definitely agree about the value! Our max budget would be $2,250 per month. I actually looked up apartments in the area and multi- family rentals and 3 bedrooms typically seems to be at that price and a little lower. We will be looking to move to a commuter friendly block that has the light rail and local bus within walking distance. Also Walmart in Bayonne is a plus for us, we’ll be able to pick up groceries there as well.

The video was made in response to an article by the NY Times regarding the higher cost rentals in Jersey City, which can mostly be found in this part of the city.

Jersey City has evolved quite a bit over the last few years. Some sections are more affordable than others.
