I love the alliums and greenery by the wall as you turned into Plemont Bay. Ive thought about planting a garden of just alliums because they are so alien looking. Loved this video Rich.

Just watching you drive on that side of the road makes me nervous. lol. And the narrow roads and squiggly white lines made it worse. I'm not sure I could drive there. But the view of the bay was beautiful!

I don't want to burst your bubble but unless you are a wealthy person or you qualify for a job with the right qualifications that's needed on the Island. You can't just come to the Island live or buy a house without the right qualifications for that as well. Best of luck.
@nicted93084 жыл бұрын
@@iammcwaffles5514 There are student exchange programs on the Island. For example there has been an exchange between Sweden and Jersey for around three decades or more. You would have to contact the education department for any information on exchange programs.

@@Richcovephoto no, no one ever gets such an opportunity, on his own. You r not gonna be sitting on the same sofa, working the same job, switching the same channels and then one day u gonna wake up and all of sudden, magically out of nowhere an opportunity to move and settle in Jersey gonna appear. That’s not how it works, you need to help that opportunity and that intention by implying some ACTIONS towards it. Procrastinating and dreaming about it not gonna get you there. Wake up and if that’s your dream or something you really wanna do, make a plan how and just execute it step by step un till u settled and employed in Jersey instead of typing YT comments that will do nothing for You.

+Rich cove always pressure Rich. Not only from planners that think lorries have rockets strapped to them but inconsiderate drivers and their dangours ways. I've been on leave for the last 20 days. Go back to work Friday. Hopefully stress free lol

Sure it has been mentioned before but Jersey does not have a million people on it (as you mention in the first bit of video)....it's about 100,000, of which approx a third live in St Helia

You keep calling them round a bouts. In jersey they’re called filter in turns. So even though it’s still governed by the right, each junction filters in turn. Just because you’re on the ‘right’ doesn’t give you the right of way
@Richcovephoto5 жыл бұрын
Ohhh cool thanks for the info.. interesting, no one filters in turn tough! Lol. Have a great weekend, thanks for watching and commenting
@wu56935 жыл бұрын
If you live in jersey and don’t filter in turn then you’re classed as a tw*t. So definitely anyone Jersey deffo filters! The thing is- two things that islanders hate is hire cars- clearly seen on the Rev plate with a ruddy big red H or cars with foreign number plates eg U.K. because no one knows how to filter. Also the T at the end of Plèmont is silent! I hope you went to Greve De lecq lol. Better beach.

Far too much talking... mainly uninteresting detail... Jersey speaks for itself. Incidentally, the population is not a million. It's one-hundred-thousand, and if you're visiting Plemont, why go all round St Helier. The town is pleasant enough and deserves a video of its own. Plemont is on the North-west side of Jersey. Free maps are available from your concierge. Nuff said.
