Good vid man. I hear ya about the whole invasive species thing. I live in TX and we got wild hogs everywhere! Ranchers and farmers absolutely hate hogs, but as a hunter, I love em. Fun to hunt year round, no bag limit, no season, can shoot out of a spotlight at night, and they're great eating. When you have a global economy and commerce, wildlife is going to be distributed accordingly.

Aren’t you supposed to kill them?
@RoxburysFishing11 ай бұрын
No you don't have to kill them but if you intend to keep it you must kill immediately can't transport them live

Yes. According to the NJDEP Fish & Wildlife official site, they are considered "invasive and should be destroyed." I suspect most anglers don't know this, or don't have the heart to do it. But I grew up without them and now learning about them, I'd follow through what NJDEP F&W agency says. I haven't caught one, yet.

@@kimharman9402they are being protected by most fisherman because of their potential as a sport fish and natural resource. Their meat is delicious and very nutritious and they seem to be coexisting with the bass in most large bodies of water. They are here to stay and I’m happy about it let the breeders live
