My how times have changed. My old coach would have never tolerated a wrestler posing his biceps like that...and doing it in front of his opponent before even shaking his hand. I don't blame the kid. That's on the coach. That stuff is for MMA and pro wrestling...not amateur wrestling.

Guys like Cael won a few hard tournaments" in their day and didn't flex like bodybuilders on the mat. Go back and watch the greats and see how many did that stuff. The kid should be excited and celebrate. Standing there and flexing in front of your opponent is in poor taste. But it is everywhere today, not just this young man.
