I have both and for the price and ease of use I recommend the Jr Pop. Both great speakers but for half the price and twice the flavor I prefer the Jr. Plus you can take it to the water park have fun and not worry you might damage an expensive electronic.

I would go for the JBL junior pop. Just for the durability. And the RGB. It's well worth the price!

Jr pop is awesome I bought 4 for my kids and only for $24.99 each they are on sale! They are really loud and amazing for the price! I bought the other speaker today and customized it with a photo of my baby it looks awesome and for $60 it’s also worth it❤️

I have a DINDIN bluetooth speaker, I absolutely love the sound quality, the lighting, it works everywhere, it makes me happy every time I use it, I have been using it for a year, this product deserves more praise.

Really on this video and my hearing the pop has more bass then the clip the only thing the clip is little more clear and that's do to lower bass then the pop but for my ears I like the pop sound better that's crazy good review.

I ordered the JBL Jr Pop for the lights but wasn't very impressed with the complete lack of bass so I took it back to Argos and swapped it for the JBL Clip 3. I'm very impressed with the sound quality and the bass on the Clip 3! It exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to buy a budget travel speaker! Love it.

@@jervish112 my only disappointment was the lack of colour choices at Argos here in the UK. It was either black, pink or grey. I chose grey but I really wanted that nice aqua colour I'd seen online. Never mind. It's still going on holiday with me! 👌🏻

Excellent review. I am so glad the JBL pop jr came out for my 10 year old. It looks like it cannot damage easily. The other one does have premium, maximum volume sound better for teens or older. Thanks, Ontario Canada

My kid has jbl pop. I was surprised with the clarity. It has detailed sound and is plenty loud. I like it better than my old Sony srs-xb10

If it’s clipped on you I think it would be fine but if your putting it down in the back of the 18 wheeler with all that noise I would choose the clip 3 it’s louder and has more bass. Or even the charge 3 but it’s not practical.

I’m actually looking to hook a speaker up to my backpack, for when I go hiking & backpacking? I’m trying to decide if I want earphones or a small Bluetooth speaker for my hiking & backpacking excursions? Maybe both? This Jr Pop is also described as being a little more durable. It can take a little bit of punishment from the kiddos on the playground...translating that into durability on the trail. Since the speaker would B on my backpack strap, mega sound & bass aren’t a top priority, I’ll hear it plenty. That being said, I’m sure it sounds way better then my iPhone 8+ speakers, lol!! I would imagine since it’s on my backpack strap, I wouldn’t have to necessarily blast it & disturb nature or other fellow hikers? Can the light show on the Jr. Pop be turned off or customized? I also like the flexibility of the strap, another plus for the Jr. Pop! The price @ $25 is rite too, another plus for the Jr. Pop. Typing this out, I’ve damn near talked myself into buying one, lol!! U’r thoughts & opinions please? I look forward to all the hate mail too!

Yeah there’s a button on the side to shut it off, and for hiking I think it should be totally fine and for $25 it’s a good deal compared to the $40 of the original price. I gave mine away to a friend and he liked it a lot
