I think ultimately Wayne wanted a wife not a business partner. That's not to say a woman can't be both. His way wasn't her's. So they parted, there's nothing wrong with understanding.

I'm sorry and not to be negative but women cannot do both at least be successful at both, one is going to be severely lacking which is usually the house wife duties. I believe and support that women have the right to choose their profession or being a wife and a mom but the lie is telling women that they can do both because it never works out. I also believe that as a man you have the right to want what you want and if she isn't matching that then it's time to move on

Women can’t do both because a man can’t do both that’s why women file for more divorces the housewife’s of rich millionaires cheat because the husband has to maintain that money and the time to keep that money he can’t be in both places at once either you get a broke man who has time or a rich man with no time. Women still don’t understand that. You have to decide what’s more important.

I remember being vulnerable like that the first two years of my marriage. I was going to school and my husband was the only one working. I remember the debt we got in trying to make it during those years, but most of all I remember my husband also allowing himself to be vulnerable. He had his fears and doubts, but often reminded me that team work doesn’t have to be two people bringing the same thing to the table. Our marriage became more focused on how much my husband valued me waking him up to pray at night, being mindful of his favorites when I packed his lunch, or taking the initiative to keep us organized in our daily lives. Also how much I valued his calls checking on me to make sure I checked my blood sugars, doing both of our laundry, and always preparing breakfast. You can’t agree to partnership without understanding you’re on a team. We all need our partners in some ways they don’t need us and vise versa. That’s not bad. It’s a good thing because it proves why it’s important we both bring something different to the table. We are not competitors. We’re teammates.

Both of my parents worked. All of my needs were met and I wanted for nothing. We as a family kept the home tidy and my dad cooked more than everybody because he was better at it. At one point my dad went back to school and my mom held it down. Another time my mom worked at night so my dad was at all of my evening events and my mom did daytime stuff (appointments, teacher meetings and lunch at school) while keeping the home. It’s not even about money.. like he said people are supposed to have enough confidence in themselves to love someone else and be happy for each other period…just because.. it’s called unconditional love…everybody’s so worried about what it looks like instead of just being real and allowing the other person to be authentic
@jrob4795

@Far7rom Love that's conditional isn't love at all. If you love, you love for what it is, not for what it can do.
@jrob4795
@jrob4795 2 жыл бұрын
@Far7rom You say "find a Godly woman" but then contradict yourself when you say all human love is conditional. A Godly woman/man who is truly living under God loves truly, and unconditionally, because that's what HE teaches. God says that true love is unconditional...any "love" that has conditions is not love at all. Maybe you haven't experienced it yet...I suggest you buy that dog if that's the case.
@jrob4795
@jrob4795 2 жыл бұрын
@Far7rom You said Kountry Wayne should find himself a Godly woman, meaning a woman fully committed, and obedient to God...if he does, more than likely she'll be Christian, or follow a Abrahamic faith like himself...if that's the case, they would have both been taught by their particular faith that true love is unconditional. So yes, if takes your advice, and finds this "Godly" woman, then he will have no choice but to learn to love truly/unconditionally. As for the last part, you can not prove that love is conditional. There is no science to back that. If you don't believe, or haven't experienced it, just say that.
@jrob4795
@jrob4795 2 жыл бұрын
@Far7rom I've been to 7 countries in my life thus far, and even without that, I know that Christianity does not define everyone's beliefs...but we're talking about a Christian man, who lives, and dates in a predominantly Christian nation/world so it's a safe bet to say that the next woman he dates will probably be of a Christian faith, or raised with some Christian values. That being said, you have an extremely worldly outlook for someone who claims to be as spiritual as you say you are. Indeed, you said what you said, and it was probably more than you intended. Go in peace.

I think when people hear 50/50 they forget that 50/50 is not always half on everything. I personally see if u pay the rent & insurance ,I pay the bills . U pay car note ,I pay for the insurance. That's cool then cause we both got responsibility aside with what we share. The goal is always to make sure family/life is straight..

If what you need is a partner that depends on you financially, you should be able to say that, pursue that and have that. What you should not be allowed to do is force someone into that mold. If the woman you are dealing with has a different ideology than you, you just aren't the lid to her pot. And that's okay. If everyone was able to communicate their needs like Jay and Jess just did, there would be WAY less struggle in the dating game. Way less.

I'm pretty sure she made that comment because she said Wayne is very competitive. I don't want to have to compete with my man. Jess have a kid so if they ever came to the point that she became his house wife he would become controlling. Even though Wayne is a comedian, he would do things in a joking way. At some point that will get old and tired. Mine talked me into coming off the road and raise our kids and he will take of the kids. Shid I was like that's a bet 🤣. Got off the road and a month later it became MY MONEY or I PAY ALL DA BILLS AROUND HERE FOR YOU AND YO KIDS. I was like they are yours too and you asked me to come off the road. @@grindhard4312 How is making sure you can support yourself and have some sort of individualism in a relationship living in fear? I once stayed at home (I'm not a mother though) and the other person was controlling, I had to ask to buy anything at all, they got upset when I wanted to go out with friends, threw it in my face during arguments, etc. As a man who's never been in that position you won't understand the level of control a person has over your life if you have absolutely no finances coming in as a housewife. If he leaves, dies or decides to kick you out, you're now homeless and stuck starting over. It's not about living in fear, it's about being rational and aware of the facts of life that things happen and as an adult woman, I need to be able to support myself. It also feels good not having to beg anyone for money to go out with friends or something small I want to treat myself to. A lot of manipulative men want housewives so they can isolate her 100% and control the entire situation. That isn't healthy love or teamwork, that's dictatorship. I won't even get started on the fact that most men making 1 income cannot support an entire family on that 1 income. I'm supposed to leave my $135k salaried w/ stock position to make him feel more of a man by being at home all day? When my career is what keeps me from being homeless if he decides to leave? It's simply a safety net. Not a sign of an uncooperative woman who can't raise a family. Does the man plan on not helping raise the kids at all whatsoever?!! There are plenty of successful women who are wives & mothers. The thing is ppl need to stop marrying/dating those who don't align with what they want. If you want a housewife, try seeking women who desire to be one. But expecting a woman with a major career to just walk away and trust that you'll never leave her stuck is not logical. *ESPECIALLY* when they are NOT married or even engaged.

That’s why we as men try to encourage other men to just tell the truth and don’t be dragging a women along because a men words is powerful and hurts if used incorrectly.

That same man you idiots are hyping up, is also responsible for taking care of 10 other children\households. Jess DODGED a bullet. Wayne was on the breakfast club a year ago saying that he had gone broke. If Jess would’ve given up everything she worked for just to submit to a man’s preference, she wouldn’t have had anything to fall back on. Please shut up. Has nothing to do with trauma, she made a LOGICAL decision.

@@brittv177 you basically just proved a valid point. He also said he bacame very rich shortly after that. She would t have lost anything because whether she stayed or not Wayne had it figured out. It was already written. All she had to do was believe in his ability to lead. But like majority of women when shit get tough they bail out and try to find the next dick to ride. The man worth more than Jess will ever be with all his children. The dude after Wayne was a bum so she missed her mark because nobody will take her seriously that’s on Wayne level.

She wants all the benefits of a relationship without sacrificing something. You can’t be a good mother and wife while being a successful business individual because both of full time jobs. So one is going to suffer.

@philipsurpris
@philipsurpris Жыл бұрын
@@misguidedpearls7456 First I should have clarified individual as entrepreneur. Nonetheless, I am young and quite inexperienced personally in regards to marriage and long term relationships at this point in my life however I believe that wisdom can come from observation of experience just as much as experience had. There are roles that each individual should play. GOD created Man and Woman and they both wanted to play Man. So it's either the man falls into the place of a woman in regards to relationship dynamics, which never works because we were not designed that way, or we both fall into our proper positions Man(Lead) and Woman(Support). This is not me saying she cannot work but a relationship is a team and if you have two captains on a ship with different directions, the ship won't move anywhere. That's just the husband part. Being a good father is leading by example. Him being good at business is in itself him being a good father because he is providing for his family. There will of course be nuance because as a team you weigh out your strengths and weaknesses and make moves that compliment each other. Nonetheless, I thank you for your perspective and for myself personally, only time will tell what holds true.

This is a very serious topic that many people omit…I’m not a fan of titles within a relationship or roles as most would call it…However I am big on the man being the leader of the family…Nothing is wrong with a woman bringing strong value to the table financially but like he said most men cringe on that because of the lashing they get in the public eye on the status quo… I think more conversations need to be had amongst couples about how comfortable they would be in abnormal situations that go against the status quo….because those status quo’s make a lot of relationships end short or never allow themselves time to grow together to really see if their is long term substance there… I appreciate you both for being vulnerable enough to go into that topic with depth… Keep having these types of conversations because this is therapy for a lot of people whether you know it or not…👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

When did it become where two people together are comparing what each other makes in a sense that it doesn't matter we love each other. Now relationships are more like business partners than loving, nurturing unions like it should be. Of course we have to live, but love always has been and always will be the motivator for we are going to do whatever is necessary to be together. Period!!!

The question is, "Through whose eyes do you define yourself?" If you live your life through the eyes of others, you will always be at the mercy of what they think. If you only take your own counsel, you will have blind spots that will block your growth. The best way, I believe, is to learn to see yourself through God's eyes. When doing so, you can learn to appreciate your good points but also where you need to grow. Moreover, sometimes God will use others, especially family and close friends who are like family, to help us see our good points, bad points, and growing edges.
