I saw your video yesterday and loved the idea and the name! I assume that you changed the video because people harassed you again. I’m so sorry that you’re being treated so negatively. I believe that people are jealous of your success, which is well-deserved because of the wonderful way you teach and the quality of your videos. Thank you for sharing freely on YT. I can’t pay for lessons. YT is my free source so I can have money for products! Thank you so much!! ❤️

I saw the Facebook posts regarding this technique and I see no reason to change the name of this technique. You showed a video so therefore you named the video, simple as that. No one is reinventing the wheel here, just about everything has been already done and shown. Keep doing what you do since you have a lovely way of explaining it and you come up with great new styles that I've never seen before :)

Thank you. I thought it would be best to just change it. I'm tired of all the bickering. I'm just trying to teach people how to use polymer clay. I never knew it would be this politically charged. It's exhausting and really sucks out all the fun.

Excellent video! I actually prefer your instructions in this one over the previous :) And you are handling yourself very well! Great job!! Please don't let the ridiculousness of some petty people take the fun out of this for you. I think they could have just explained their concerns to you privately instead of trying to publicly shame you. You've done the right thing by redoing it. They had a point, but they handled it immaturely. I was embarrassed for them. Your maturity is impressive :)

Hi Samantha. Ive only been subscribed to your channel for about a month and im sorry i did not come across you sooner....Your videos are fantastic, and your hints and tips are like no other, and your pieces are gorgeous. Most people can not afford classes or expensive video tutorials but you fill a gap that is needed. Most people just want to make some pieces for family and friends and have them looking as classy as possible (not looking like they were done by a 5 year old...lol). Keep up the awesome videos. :) and thankyou.

Samantha, I just rewatched this video. Do you have a tutorial available on how you got the beautiful pattern on the black and white pendant (the one showing wiping off excess liquid clay before baking). I have purchased several of your screen prints. Did you use one of those? Thank you for your wonderful videos and products!

Gosh, I'm having trouble finding the piece. Would you mind sending me a time stamp of when it appeared in the tutorial?

Wow!! Such great video. New sub here. Do u have to heat the regular clay beads first, then add liquid and heat again? Or can you do all heating just once?
@JessamaTutorials6 жыл бұрын
I prefer to bake my clay beads first as it means they're nice and firm when I put the liquid clay on. It make the process a lot easier. You don't have to do that though. It just makes it easier.

Can you use ink or acrylic paint with the kato to color it before baking?
@JessamaTutorials6 жыл бұрын
Yes. Just check what the paint or ink looks like before baking as it can change color.

Hi Samantha. Have you tried using just the black liquid clay on the side of pendants without doing the smear at all? Im having a hard time getting that smear on correctly. thank you.
@JessamaTutorials7 жыл бұрын
Yes I have. It works, but only if the sides of your bead is fairly smooth. Any cracks can cause an uneven surface.

For some reason nobody answers this question, i'm not sure if i ever asked it on this channel but here goes.... Is it possible to bake liquid clays beyond 30 mins up to an hr? I normally bake most projects to an hr, i series bake but they usually round up to an hr of bake, this is the first time ill be using liquid clays and don't know how to go about the baking time because everywhere i look they say 30 mins when other polymer clays can be baked up an hr for strength, can we bake liquid clays like that and what should we expect if we do? The project i'm currently on the liquid clay will be a hot chocolate frothy drink with pastel chalks and a chocolate sauce, both being opaque so i'm not too worried about what will happen but i'm still curious if it will be a disaster, and if not in this project what about future projects that has clearer liquid clay applications?
@JessamaTutorials Жыл бұрын
Sure you can. You can bake the liquid clay as many times for as long as you want so long as it's not hotter than recommended on the bottle.

Also, some artist just use the hot gun to cure the Kato for 3 min. Do you agree it can work?
@JessamaTutorials6 жыл бұрын
If it's a thin layer of liquid clay and it's been blasted with really hot air then it should be okay, but if your trying to bake a bead then no I don't think that would work.
