2021 goals: - become more confident in myself, both with my body and in who I am as a person! I've been struggling with this since I was really really young and I'm so tired of not loving myself enough:) - clear my skin (I don't have bad skin at all, I just want to learn more about what's good for my skin, stopping breakouts before my period and just in general make it cleaner! - learn to love school again! I finished high school 1,5 years ago, had a gap year working, and have now had 6 months of online school due to covid! in the middle of January I'm going to physically go to college instead of studying at home and I'm soooo nervous hahaha - be able to travel again, had so many trips cancelled in 2020!

Try to read the whole Bible as a goal. It gets hard at parts in the Old Testament but keep at it. It feels so good to finish it even if it takes you a year or 2. And you realize through it and after how much you’ve grown 😀

I totally agree if it takes you more time because you want to read it slower or you miss a few days it is totally fine. In the end all that matters is if you get closer to God and get to know Him and His word.

It's good that Gabe is trying to detox from coffee coz that's what makes a person very anxious a lot. I stopped drinking coffee (was a coffee maniac/addict). Now i feel so much better it helped me avoid being anxious/nervous at all times and negative about myself. Now i seldom drink coffee and it's going great. Happy new year! Caffeine has been proven to make anxiety worse. My old therapist used to say if I was having a bad anxious day - to avoid coffee and pop. So makes sense why he felt it worsen after drinking coffee

little late on watching this, but i spent the holidays with my family and boyfriend. happy new year to everyone! 2020 was a very bad year for me and yet i have never felt so good mentally. it’s crazy. i started watching jess and gabe in december 2019 so this year i’ve been more dedicated to their videos and posts and it truly changed me. they have such good influence on me. i never would’ve thought that i’d be as healthy mentally (and physically) as i was when everything around me was falling apart. i think that’s thanks to God and jess and gabriel. i’ll never forget this year and now that i look back on it, i’m grateful for the experience. i’ve learnt a lot from it. sorry for ranting 😂

I feel for Gabe so hard. My anxiety spiked when I was in college, and it took me a long time to realize there was a direct correlation to my coffee intake. As soon as I stopped drinking coffee I was able to start managing my anxiety. It took a while to heal, but man it was worth it. I have since started drinking decaf, so there is still hope! 😂
