I go to camp every year with my church and we aren’t allowed to take our phones with us, it’s for a week and it’s honestly the best thing that I do for myself in the whole year! love this. Jess, A tip for using the reusable cup. So I work at Starbucks and what I've found super beneficial for me is to just leave one of my reusable cups in my car for I guess emergency coffee stops or unexpected stops. Then you'll have the cup with you at all times and those plastic cups I believe are only 3 something so if you want to get one for your house then one for your car that what I do to ensure I'm always using a refill cup and not wasting plastic cups. I also keep an extra reusable straw in my glove box just in case. And since you don't drink coffee your reusable cup shouldn't ever get to dirty if you stick to refreshers so it'll be easy to quickly wash out and put back into your car. I hope this helped!

This is so awesome! I love taking a break for my phone. I go to a church camp every summer where you are not allowed to have any electronic. I love that you are being more intentional about your effect on the environment. Every time I go out I bring my cup it just becomes habit like bringing your phone. (don't know if it will be seen) tip for remembering the reusable cup, when going out and about for errands, or just leaving the house, bring the cup with water or as a "water bottle" so you already are using it.
