The oval sentiment, definitely. As you say the elongated shape works with the rectangle. I love this template, but would definitely use coloured card stock, myself. TFS! :)

Yes I think colored cardstock would have been nicer with this sheet. Makes me want to give the template another go with different paper.

I like this design because it is not a lot of strips and puts focus on the designer paper. I like both the circle and the oval embellishments. They give us a focal point for a stamp, another embellishment or sentiment.

I definitely prefer simple templates that involve less cutting for when you just want to make a pile of cards fast with beautiful paper.

Another fabulous template thank you so much! Quick question???? With that holder by Marlo do you still need the pin in the glue? So appreciate an answer💞

With the glue I have, you still need the pin when using the glue holder from Make It by Marko because it is essentially the cap for my glue. If I didn't have the pin it would just leak out. However if you have a cap for your glue you might be able to go without. The pin is there to prevent glue from drying in the very small channel of the tip. You might be able to get a blunt tipped pin to use if the sharpness of the pin is part of your concern.
