Sharing, teaching your knowledge and experience is so much more full feeling than Just get someone something to do and expect a result that frankly you're never gonna get that way !!! You always grow as a person when you help someone grow with you !!

I remember when he first got involved in this shop they had a TV show and one of the first episodes he had a meeting and challenged the team to build a car with a dead line, I believe it was for the Bonnie and Clyde run and that old timer opened his dumb mouth and made some stupid comments to Jessie and it was the last time you saw him lol

Would love to visit the ranch to take a peek at his WIPs... Glad to see he's not stingy with his knowledge. I'm more than sure there are tricks he'll never disclose. But passing on problem solving methods will pay him dividends... Wondering if those youngins realize their blessings?

Damn. I have been watching Jesse for many years. He is what hard work, dedication and change are to the United States. You want to make "America" great, follow Jesse's work ethics. You can modernize what you do and still use tools and techniques that are decades old. One of my favorite people in the world. He saw that moving to Texas was a positive change from a life in CA and years later, many are doing the same.

Working in the trades requires passing on knowledge. I have always tried to pass on knowledge but it is hard when dealing with people who just want you to do it for them. If they show me they have the aptitude and desire to learn I will bend over backwards to pass on that knowledge. 35 plus yrs as an auto ,diesel and equipment mechanic ... and I wouldn’t have made it to this point without another passing down that knowledge.

Can someone please point me to a video where Jesse builds something that's actually impressive. Not trying to be a wise ass, I've watched a lot of his stuff, and as a machinist /fabricator /artist, I haven't had a "WOW" moment yet. I know he collaborates with some great talent, just haven't actually been in agreement with all the Jesse hype. PS, that seat where he bent it looks like ass, wrong aproach.
