As an Argentinian, I can say Canada is world class. They played a great game, good strategy, good players with cool heads, and they made Argentina work for the win. Considering his short time in charge a progression is clearly seen . Canada worked hard, we’re well organized and did have opportunities. The problem is Canada is in CONCACAF where the competition is inferior to the sides Canada has played in the last three matches. Canada will gain good experience playing in this Tournament as they have some good young players but they must learn to be clinical with the few opportunities they will get to score.

I always thought Canada would pose serious problems for Argentina with their directness and speed, and it more or less played out like that. Canada's problem is scoring, that is nothing new. But their offside trap also needs work.

I like Messi and Argentina, fair is fair, Canada had a couple of chances also. Canada did not play defensive but offensive in first half. Argentina could not figure it out. Why the ref did not blow for a foul at thw box againsta Argentina, I don't know? Kind of fishy!! But second half Argentinia adjustes and figured it out. I don't know if the extra time they took to comeback to second half is right and helped them get coached for secomd half. All in all Canada did well, they look like a top level team. Next time they scorw the chances and pull it off.

Very arrogant and proud of a bad team, not because of the players but because of him. Canada did look good because their players didn't actually play that bad, though not well; because for whatever reason canada was estimated less than what it actually is; and the most important reason is tha Argentin did not play well, though better than Canada.
