One tip! To avoid wasting ingredients, when you set your menu put out only 1/1 of each dish and set it to "Auto-Supply". So that way, when you run out it will automatically re-supply that dish. Otherwise, if you set out multiple 10/10 dishes, the leftovers get thrown away at the end of the night... Also, you can add or change your menu in the middle of serving customers and replace any out of stock dishes!

THAT IS WHAT AUTO RESUPPLY DOES!?!?! I just started playing when I saw the series and am further along but was wondering how to make more meals from what I had.

The game probably needs a better or actual explanation of the function but if put out one dish and set up auto supply it will keep auto supplying 1 dish until your ingredients run out that night. But it is definitely the best way to prevent wasting ingredients! Basically it only supplies when it is in demand.

@@theknight660 btw, it’s not recommended to use auto supply for recipes that gives you multiple dishes (usually non-sushi like moray eel curry or tropical platter). You can also set the dishes to the max number of customers you’ll have for the night based on your Cooksta ranking. So for example, if you have a Gold rating, your max number of customers is 27 so you can set out maybe 18 set amount dishes and 9 sushi dishes using auto supply.

It's a AAA game in the style of an indie game so it makes sense that it's packed with content. Something interesting is the game was up for an award as "best indie game" and the devs were actually mad because it's not an indie game and they didn't want to steal that title.

And that killing fish gives less meat while weighing the same. At that point he might argue about how he apparently can't even do simple QTEs but he can also use tranq guns and nets to get even better quality than the harpoon.

Love watching Jess overcome his fear of the sea. He still (as of the beginning of the video) seems to keep forgetting you need to give the food to the person whose timer is the closest to running out. If he sees the same dish to someone on the far left that just set down he'll run over there and ignore the person almost about to leave.

I also had to learn how to eat things like steak, chocolate, or ice cream, same vibe as how to eat sushi. You don't want the biggest amount because the cheap stuff is always low quality. You instead want to order the best quality. Its a smaller amount thats so much better as an overall experience.

The more I watch this series, the more frustrated I get with how Jesse doesn't read anything. The amount of wasted ingredients and wasted customers hurts. And yet, I still watch...

That's the thing.. when he's not doing frustrating things, like not even bothering to really *play* the game or understand anything, he's actually one of the most entertaining people to watch. It's getting really annoying though that he just doesn't care about anything anymore.. it's not even just this game, it seems like he doesn't really care to play games anymore. He wants to just like walk through them doing nothing but "collecting story bits" and that's basically all this game really is and he's still not bothered. The game is like 10x easier than he makes it out to be because he simply isn't paying attention to anything.

Looking at the potential staff list shows some pretty wacky characters, some that make the ninja girl seem rather normal in comparison. That being said, if I'm reading this right the ninja girl seems like a good catch as she has the some of the highest stats in the game if you max her out?
