Not a specific level, just as it declines. Typically right now is when smart money is positioning. Trickle in, in late DEC early Jan. Early Jan price dump, and Feb is when alt season typically takes off.

I mean it’s been basically up only since late 2022 so depends on your definition of a bull market. Most crypto natives would call 2022-2024 a bear market. Doesn’t mean price didn’t go up, just our definition of a bull market is basically the melt up period of the cycle when things go crazy.
