I've been using cheap integrally suppressed mpx from flea this wipe and I've been having a blast actually. It's one of the cheapest suppressed guns in Tarkov.

Well it's not a "chad gun" without "chad ammo". AP6.3 this late in the wipe is kinda useless. Just look at how many rounds the enemies tank.

Modding an MPX only really gets you more accuracy and about 400m/s on your shots. It really is overpriced for what it is but it does make the MPX a lot better for mid distance. Combined with insanely low and easy recoil, it's an amazing weapon for mid range full auto, even with 9mm.

Nice video! The thing you've addressed at the end is something I've noticed myself for a while. A good build can give you a confidence boost that you might lack with a stock/cheap gun. That's why some time ago, I've swapped my build style from meta weapons to builds that feel good and look nice, makes me enjoy Tarkov more than kitting my gun out to the max, just to then die often because I'm pushing too hard.

MPX-SD with the maxim defense stock is a good middle ground. You get great performance relativity cheap. You should do the SKS next, with PP ammo it is a really good DMR.

You could just do some basic shot threshold tests for ammo, for example: 3 shots to the chest with this armor with expensive vs 5 with cheap.

Try the RD704 next. I used it this wipe, after avoiding 7.62 last wipe, and the RD fucking slaps. Would show a good comparison and how the right attachments change the gun entirely. Stock RD is rough but one with a almost meta grip and stock and 50 rounders is a beast.

Everytime I loot a gun with thousands of attachements, it performs horribly. I like my guns minimalistic. I think the M4 lends itself to a video like this. That gun changes so much with attachements. Especially the barrels make a huge difference.

ive been using the basic mdx loud with a mid stock and fore grip, and the low profile RDS you get off skier or mech ll1. for ammo ive been using that pst gzh. typically i start at the legs and let recoil climb up natrually, if i get hits and dont kill ill re engage on single fire. and i bring at least 5 mags everytime. its been my favorite smg for pve and pvp this wipe. i feel like i can load up factory and go ham bananas in da paint and get results, and also take it with me as a side piece for woods sniping. feels good with mid stuff, with mags and ammo comes out about 100k, im not a fan of dripping it out. didnt feel much better in raid, and hurt the money case much more when i lost it

you play mpx just for the laser gun experience tho, stock mpx is not bad but for the same or lower amount of money you can buy a better 9mm smgs like mp9 or uzi pro/pro pistol

MPX was fun and cheap, but good ammo too expensive so it's not really cheap if you go for high grade amo. AP6.3 can't pent T5 against a squad with no pent ammo is a worst nightmare.
