I own a 2023 Taco SR5 v6 4x4 my taillights are all red, I installed a Meso Customs Total Stage 1 harness now I have the full “C” in the taillights for the regular lights and brake lights, the reverse lights with the new harness are LED and they also become the amber turn signals. The front I installed Lasfit LED switchback headlight bulbs which turn from white to yellow and same thing on the fog lights excellent for foggy weather. One last thing I installed sequential mirror lights and Meso Customs switchback interior lights that go from red to white. Like your set up very much no doubt but I chose to go a less expensive route, but in all honesty I really like them. When I run all yellow in the front I get compliments at every light

I took my truck in for a lift, and looks sweet. The long wire that connects to the passenger side , stays on, even without the truck running. Can you offer some insight on why this is the case, i plugged everything as it was, but the main lights do not turn on. But the running does. it weird I know. so that long wire i disconnected it so it won't drain the battery. I did send a email to APLHA X company to see if they could offer any feedback . But am hoping since you had installed it, maybe could offer some suggestions.

I followed your detail step by step instructions with some modifications because I have a 2015 Taco Limited but our lights are the same series Alpha Rex NOVA I did not remove my bumper instead I just folded the wheel fender liner and removed the bolt on the side. I just used a stubby 10 mm and it works fine. The final results are great 👍. Thanks

I bought these headlights and I found that one wire that I can’t find where it goes and it’s that last one you didn’t connect, that yellow wire and one side is pointing the light more up than the other side

These are plug and play for the trd models , the last part I did is not needed only if you want the cool dancing feature which is what I wanted so I spliced that in but if u don’t care for that you can just plug them and good to go

Hey Jesse I recently bought some tacomabeast headlight and I just installed them 2 days ago, the driver side marker isn’t working and DRL when night lights are on? I’ve contacted Tacomabeast but are very slow at responding is this normal? For the price they are charging shouldn’t they have better service?

Anyone having this problem I found a fix last night. If your side marker doesn’t work and your DRL goes off when low/high beam goes on you have to unplug the grey plug that connects the DRL/side marker usually in the corner from the headlight and then flip the actual connector. This is common and they put it in backwards. Hope this helps some people. I was about to send them back after trouble shooting for 3 hours.

I had these headlights last year, the first month when they came out. I really like the look, I wanted to like them beyond just the looks. But I really dislike their performance, they advertise BRIGHT and better than rest (comparing to Morimoto), but they are very subpar. All the light is literally all in the foreground, and very minimal light throw. No amount of adjustment will fix it... Adjust up to move the forelight up, then you are now blinding the incoming lane. For $1000 plus, the light output is abysmal. Even in their own comparison video with Morimoto's LED headlights, you can see that Morimoto's shines light way father down the road. I think Morimoto's are the best performing aftermarket headlights, however I think they do not looks as good as the Alpharex. Too bulbous? Compromised and went with the OEM LED headlights. Better light pattern than the Alpharex, looks better than the Morimoto's, and covered under Toyota warranty.

The OEM LEDs and Morimoto's perform better than these too. I had them last year, and was just disappointed. For $1000+ i expected to see more of the road, not less than my prior $80 HID drop ins.
