I been waiting for this I have a 2023 rav 4 XLE Hybrid I want to lift it 2 inches why Toyota didn’t make this standard is beyond me if your gonna call the RAV a suv then Toyota should present a “ standard “ lifted model I not sure if they lifted the TRD model

You need a calibration machine. Windshield replacement shops have them (or have access to them).

rough country makes a 2.5 lift. so would I be safe to combine this( less than 1.5" lift )with a 1" spacer kit to get the benefit of the springs and not maxing out the angle of cv's? it should be less then 2.5 so I assume it would be safe?

I'd doubt it. Eibach lifts are mild (especially on this Rav4 with less then 2" lift).

Yes Eibachs site says compatible with all models including hybrids. Slightly less left on hybrids with battery weight couple hundred pounds.

Eibach only makes 1 set of springs for 5th gen Rav4s. On their site you'll see options for trims you mentioned but look at the part # they offer and it's the same across the board. All they're doing on their site is showing how much of a lift you should expect based on which model you have.

Did anyone find a solution for longer throw aftermarket struts and shocks? I can hear thuds when passing over potholes and the wheel has to abruptly drop. Seems that with such a lift, the shocks reach the end of their throw. Maybe another solution might be to add shock extenders?

@@johnmichael8052 no, eventually I installed a custom made set with longer damping throw and everything works very well now. No hard hits on potholes etc. and the driving experience is even better than with the oem ones.

Please use a torque wrench (NOT A IMPACT WRENCH😡) to tighten the strut nut with a strap hold on the shaft. Thanks for not run all your bolts and nuts down all and finish off with torquing the fasteners.

Any comparison with the other companies that make lift kits? From what I've seen they use spacers instead of taller springs. Also, what about doing a lift on the hybrid models? I like the higher mileage and power of the prime version.

We recommend Springs over spacers because there going to have a better ride quality but we will be switching to dendon coils and a spacer lift just due to having a lot of weight now if u want to follow up follow my friends Instagram is @ravnture you can ask him more questions there and if I’m not mistaken A lift won’t really kill the power,

I won’t say punk, but I will say that the lack of alignment and ‘the ability to just feel when a bolt is torqued’ really put me off. I hadn’t even considered that someone would take shortcuts like this, and now it’s all I can think of when I think about getting mine lifted.
