I don't know if A Wizard's Guide to Defensive Baking, by T. Kingfisher is the weirdest titled book I've read, but it's the one that springs to mind. Fun book and the title totally makes sense.

The weirdest titles I remember reading are 'How to kill your family', 'I'm glad my mom died' and 'Killers of a certain age', though I don't think the last title is as wacky. It was certainly interesting though. They are 60 year old assassins.

I think the weirdest title I've come across and read was You Look Like a Thing and I Love You by Janelle Shane (it's a non-fiction). I loved the book though and the title makes absolute sense pretty quickly (I think the description of the book even explains it).

An intriguing book title I saw and immediately had to get was "The Human Origins of Beatrice Porter and Other Essential Ghosts" by Soraya Palmer. I rated it three stars 'cuz it was a bit out of my comfort zone (magical realism), but it's a really good book nonetheless.

I loved The Princess and the Grilled Cheese Sandwich! I absolutely loved the characters! The thing that confused me a little bit was the world building. There are panels where the characters are playing with a Nintendo Switch or wearing modern clothes but the rules of the world (like having to marry a man and women having no rights) and the other fashion is from a long time ago. So in my head I interrupted this as the rules and fashion never changed but people became more technology advanced. Idk. I'm still confused on that. I rated it 4/5 stars tough!

'Mom, There's a Pig in My Bed!" Is probably the weirdest title I've read. It's a really fun middle grade book about a family who trains seeing eye pigs for people who are allergic to dogs. It's fictional btw.

I am very much a title person, so yes titles can very much make me intrigued and usually leads me to at least looking into it and seeing if I am interested in the book itself. I guess Mrs Death Misses Death is one that comes to mind that is a bit of an odd title. It was about this writer writing the story of death who is this working class black woman. It is somewhat experimental and in some ways it works and it some ways it doesn't. Overall I did quite enjoy the book and it was memorable (and it is quite a short book if you are craving a short novel). This next title is not so much odd but odd for the book it is. It is a poetry collection called The Art of Taxidermy.
