5 years ago, I struggled with major anxiety & depression. That was the time I quit my toxic job, finished a toxic relationship - and I blamed myself for all this mess. One day I switched the channel to MTV & saw this music video from Jess. I cried a bucket full of tears because she was like speaking to me through this song. The song's message helped me learn to forgive and let go. Now back to the present: I am up on my feet! Though things may still be difficult, I believe in myself & I take things one at a time. Honestly, I've juust listened to this song on loop for like an hour. I suffere from really REALLY bad/crippling anxiety and this song is a reminder that we all have struggles, and we shouldn't hate ourselves or get down on ourselves when things dont go our way.
