I have been watching this from the intial story to court proceedings and through it all my mind keeps going back to what this poor young girl's death was like. Too horrible to even think about. As a parent I cant imagine the parent's pain as well.

The Skellex- I delete my texts after I read them. They're very boring, but I don't want to board space on my phone. If I get pics- I move them to my gallery. But I delete everything right away. Spam & trash emails too. I'm OCD about it & I have nothing to hide, but I'm not sure a guy texting about "lovin" is a big deal. Maybe he texted lots of girls & couldn't remember. I think he's shady. And if HE set that girl on fire- he deserves the ultimate punishment. These inbred witnesses are so horrible to watch/listen to. And this is their 2nd go round. WTH? I do think the several Eric mentions are legit. A girl proposed that maybe she said " a wreck" when asked what happened. That is actually a good thought.

No, this mysterious man's presence and description was noted and his license # taken but THE TAG # mysteriously DISAPPEARED. He could be the Eric they are looking for and the cops deliberately lost because Tellis was their convenient suspect ...which the Defense raises in their Closing.

so, i held my tongue and said Quinton. it sounded a little close to eric. so , i had my little nephew say quinton. i then asked to say quinton holding his tongue because i fugured a little 5 year old has weaker/ smaller lungs than i. Guess what it sounded like he said (loud and Clear)???it sounded like the name Eric.

Do they ever think that she was trying to say , "wreck" did this to me ? I haven't watched the whole trail . But if " someone " did catch her on fire then I hope they rot in hell for eternity . That's nothing but pure evil for someone to do such a thing and people like that , they don't have the truth in them . They lie , steal , cheat , and they don't care who they hurt . Poor girl....!! That's so sad...!! I pray God comforts her family. I know you move on with your life when something like this happens, but you never forget....ever .

I watched a little more of this trial and realized that someone had to have done this to her . Bless her heart . I finally had to quit watching this . It's just too heart breaking , but I hope they find out the truth and who ever did this to her goes to prison for the rest of the their lives.

Another inmate said that Tellis told him Jessicas “pet name” for him was Eric. Also, someone local knew of people jailed with Tellis before. He was telling inmates “they’ll never find out who killed that MS girl” and also, this whole fire was supposed to be meant to scare her and accidentally went too far.

Why aren't they looking for "Eric?" They want to pin this murder on this poor guy so much that the whole trial is an effort of the prosecution to say that EVERYBODY misunderstood her when she said "Erik." If they had spent half as much effort to find this Eric person, they probably could solve the case.

So if JC was actually saying Eric, knowing what I know now, it is my belief that QT had identified himself to her as Eric and/or asked her to call him Eric....... his now wive's cousin that is all up in the middle of QT's torturing and murdering Meing Chen Hsaio for whom he is now awaiting trial.
