Unfortunately, nobody will ever be charged with this inhumane crime. This is a cautionary tale to stay away from drugs and bad people. Jessica was running with the wrong crowd and it cost her big time. I believe Quentin did this but there simply isn't enough evidence for a conviction. No matter how many times they try him the evidence is the evidence; the lack thereof

You've got to be kidding. You are kidding... right? Their ONLY defense was that she "supposedly" said "Eric"? That was their entire defense. Every other possibility and piece of evidence pits him AT THE SCENE of the crime AT THE TIME OF the murder. There's more than enough evidence: they're too worried about being called "racists" for convicting a thug. And BOTH were ruled as mistrials because of jury holdouts. Absolutely pathetic. Not to mention, the fact that they henpecked the jury members ahead of time as well.

My daughter is 17 now and there is no way that she would be in a car with a man that is 28 or any sort of men that for sure we need to protect our kids from any monster and harm that is out there. One thing i can say is that all men are the same and it all comes down to what they need and that is SEX!!!! and if you not willing to put it out for them and give it to them the way they want it, they will find it somewhere else that is willing to please them like that or they rape or have affair, married or not, son, uncle, father and even your grandpa all the same...... I agree with Stephanie AA, is not about being black or white she was murdered and then instead of her being dead she wakes up to being burnt so that all evidence gets destroyed, and then to top it off she being painfully killed in her second death, like WTF!! Like i said why was she involved with a man that was far to old for her or even hanging out with a older man that has been release from prison like does that not give a parent alarm bells and if i was a cop, every friend my kids bring home i would be doing background check just to see what type of person they are.... And if you can't cry for someone death or even cry for your own, well then you not the type i want to sleep next to every night.

@@realMaverickBuckley I wasn't insinuating that she was in a wreck. I was referring to what word she may have been trying to say. While I have not been in a car accident I do work in a major trauma hospital in the emergency room and the intensive care unit. I have seen more car accident victims, shootings, knife fights, drug over doses , burn patients and everything in between. No Jessica was NOT in a car accident. My point is that if ( and that is a big if) she were able to speak at all ( which I highly doubt) it may have been her thinking she was in a car wreck. I say big if for several reasons but for your sake I'll keep it simple. First of all when an individual suffers burns as severe and life threatening as Jessica did the airway and tongue begin to swell immediately as all the fluid that is inside of the cells of our body go through lysis ( they swell up and pop) second of all with all the noise from the rescue personnel hearing someone who IF they had the ability to speak would have been next to impossible as her voice would have been very low with words that could not have been understood. I NEVER SAID IT WAS A CAR WRECK. I THINK SHE WAS SET ON FIRE BY THAT MONSTER. please next time don't be so quick to assume you know what I was saying.
