Trish always wanted to be a hero, its just that as a child her Mother had already decided her identity for her so that heroic instinct took a little longer to blossom. Trish's only failing in S2 is that she was so obsessed with being a hero and making a difference and righting injustices that she took "being the hero" too far and made herself not only the hero but the judge, jury and executioner. Even Superman has made colossal mistakes. relationships arn't black and white and life is messy and rarely a straight line. People who've had it easy have also probably had it pretty boring too and I still stand by my opinion that those who hate the likes of Andrea from the walking dead, Laurel from Arrow and Trish here just don't understand the characters and their being flawed. However will still no doubt complain when characters like "Rey" from Star wars come along and call them "Mary Sue's". If Trish being an attractive blond female got everything right and never made any mistakes she'd be called a Mary Sue! I just hope the negative fan and critic reaction doesn't affect her future on the show the way the casual fan reaction affected Andrea and Laurels presence on their respective shows as its characters like these that inspire me, not dissapoint me! I was dissapointed in how Trish handled Alyssa but sometimes good people do bad things and sometimes they are for the right reasons.

I’ve always had a love-hate relationship with Trish but their friendship was one of my favorites among all the shows i’ve ever watched. This is absolutely amazing❤️i’m gonna miss this show. Love everything about this.

Finally someone that hated Trish too! All her actions were so selfish, she only thought about herself half of time. I think she never really understood how Jessica felt about her mother, I really love their relationship but Jessica deserved so much better.

Oh wow this is really good! I really hated Trish this season as well and she used to be one of my favorite characters on JJ. Its really unfortunate how selfish and despicable they made her this season but I've been waiting for new trishica content for 2 years and at least this video delivered some great drama/angst they had during their journey.

Fully agree with everything you said, and everything this video showed. S2 was really terrible for their relationship, but despite it all, they're still just... it, for me, in this show, and this video captured it perfectly.

I hated Trish with a passion this season but in the way we all hate a great villain. She was selfish, inconsiderate and jealous, but it never felt like an unrealistic character development to me. I appreciated the acting and the pacing of this development. I'm also sad to see their relationship go down the drain, the one thing I got really upset at was that Trish ended up getting powers(or at least that's implied). In my opinion, she didn't "deserve" them. She manipulated her way to them, with complete disregard to her supposed best friend, just so she could feel special. That is upsetting.

Beautiful video! It's funny for me tho, how people react to Trish's behavior 'cause it all makes sense for me since season one. Even that scene 0:58, it said it all. Inside, Trish knew what she would or wouldn't do, so did Jessica. I didn't expect what they did in this season at all, but once again, it proves out so well. Can't wait for the next season to suffer.

I finally saw the whole season so I came here ASAP so can see your videos hun, OMG wooooooooooow this was sooo touching and powerful I really dont have words now, their bond was always so strong but now like u said how Trish could do this, to Jessica, I mean the whole season I couldn't stand Trish really makes me so angry at her and all stupid decisions she made, but this with killing I don't know I just can't, but I believe she did this only to protect Jessica :O and your video is really so beautiful my sis, totally loveee it and thanks for all the feels

I’m so upset at season 2 how the writers portrayed Trish in the second season but I am almost kind of grateful. It added so much depth to her character. She was the villain of season two. And she was a good villain too. A lot are able to sympathize with her and others hate her guts now and that is how a villain should be. I look forward to her struggles in season 3 especially when now she has powers.

I think its so *unfair* that Jessica says that Trish "makes sure to make her worthless" WTF, Trish has been very supportive of her. Always TRYING to convice her that she is not a murderer, that she can be a hero, that she can do great things, that she was not like her mother, that she should give herself the chance to be happy. "You are EXACTLY the hero that I wanted you to be" that doesnt sound making anyone feel WORTHLESS ... I think that was bad on the writters bc it adds more to the "oh now we hate Trish" shit.

I dont know about you but Trish Is probably my favourite character including Jessica aswell ofc. Trish Is a good person although shes insecure and her emotions control her way too much some people can handle it but when there emotions are too overwhelming ofc shes going to turn selfish and destructive its her way of dealing with her emotions.

Jessica's mom was right Trish is the reason for everything in season 2. Jessica's mother was hidden from the world and didn't hurt anyone for years and didn't have any reason to. Jessica didn't want to look into IGH, Jessica didn't want any of it. Trish claimed she wanted to help her when she was just looking for a way to get powers of her own. It was selfish, dangerous, and destructive.
