First of all, her prepositions to small businesses are extremely questionable, but let's just say that handing out "capital" to small businesses is executed perfectly. The problem still stands. HOW WILL THAT HELP (MEEEEE) PAY FOR (MY) GROCERIES. Let's deal with this issue of "price gouging." I have a very hard time believing the price gouging Kamala Harris is talking about actually exists, and many economists would agree with me. First off, price gouging is when a business increases prices for goods or services to a level that is considered unreasonable or unfair by some. It's often used to describe when a business takes advantage of a spike in demand, such as after a natural disaster or other emergency. The problem is what or who determines when a price is unreasonable or unfair as of right now? I'm glad you asked. The answer to that question is called a free market. A free market operates with minimal government intervention, where prices for goods and services are determined by competition between businesses. Supply and demand are key forces: supply refers to how much of a product is available, while demand is how much consumers want it. When demand is high and supply is low, prices rise. Conversely, when supply exceeds demand, prices fall. This interaction naturally balances the market. Basically, the provider and consumer negotiate with each other without even knowing it until everyone agrees on a price that is reasonable for both parties. The completely unreasonable problem with stating that price gouging is what is causing these high grocery prices is that most grocery stores only have a profit margin of 1 to 3 percent. That's their basic needs to make money. If they we're really jacking up the prices and sucking us all dry, every grocery store would have at least a 10 to 15 percent profit margin... but they don't, and that's just a fact. So what is causing these high grocery prices? Again, thanks for asking. The answer to that question is inflation caused by poor energy policy. Hear me me carefully here, please. High grocery prices DO NOT cause inflation. Inflation causing high grocery and EVERYTHING prices. It all starts with inflation. Why is inflation so high? We'll It's pretty simple. When energy prices increase everything that benifits and profits from that energy increases along with it. But what makes energy prices higher, you may ask. The answer to that question more expensive and inefficient types of energy. Who are the two people who pledged to use to the more expensive and inefficient types of energy. None other than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Wind and Solar energy are much more expensive than fossil fuels but for SOME DAMN REASON Kamala Harris and Joe Biden and willing to put out pockets, families, and well being on the line in the name of the complete cult and lie that is the "climate change" agenda. Here's a simple breakdown of how the poor energy policy coming from the Biden Harris admin negatively impacts everyday americans. 1. Energy costs are astronomically expensive due to incredibly expensive forms of energy being used in the bame of the "climate change agenda" 2. The farmers who use that same energy have to sell their crop for a high amount of money in correlation to the amount of money that went into producing that crop due to high energy cost. 3. Those crops get sold to grocery stores at a high. Not because those farmers are "price gouging" but because those crops were already extremely expensive to produce because of energy costs. 4. Now those crops get sold to the grocery stores where those farmers, most of the time, barely even scrape 1% profit margins. Depending on the season, farmers can even break even or at the worst loose money on that batch of crops. This is horrible because it not only puts stress on the supply and demand market but it also makes most farmers just lose hope and stop farming all together. 5. Finally, those expensive crops are in the hands of the grocery store, and they can now sell them. Because the grocery store has to make some kind of profit, they now have to make money on an already incredibly expensive product. Again most grocery stores never go above 2% profit margins which is literally just scraping by. All this took place because of the terrible energy policies of the Biden/Harris. Or should I say Harris administration because you all know Biden ain't doing a damn thing. It all starts with energy. And then it continues with inflation. Not the "price gouging" lie. The most basic understanding of economics explains this.

One of the major issues is printing money and spending of that money in “products” that have no value. Giving small business owners more money will only see a small boost in their economic prosperity, but that boost won’t last long and they will inevitably crash hard like the rest of us. Her plan to boost the economy is to give people money… which causes inflation, which damages the economy, which makes government print more money, which causes inflation, which damages the economy. They say Trumps tariffs will pass the cost onto consumers, but they don’t tell you that raising taxes, causing more inflation and capping prices will also pass the cost onto consumers. They don’t respect you enough to tell you the truth about our economy, they just want your vote and they hope they can gaslight us across the finish line. Remember people, putting a price cap on bread doesn’t decrease the value of the ingredients sold to make that bread. Every piece of material and ingredients that go into making that bread will go up in price and inevitably make producing bread more difficult and not worth producing at a capped rate.
